E-filing with TurboTax is not "promised."   When you use TurboTax, your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return.   There is no extra fee to e-file.   Some returns cannot be e-filed and must be sent by mail.

 

Not sure why you are having issues regarding the 1095A.   Since neither you nor your daughter received them, when you were asked about a 1095A in the software you should have said NO to the question, and just moved on.   You do not enter anything about Medicare or about a 1095B into the software at all.
