Some people will, some people won't. It depends. Generally, when you were walking through the questions in TurboTax, unless you skipped some questions, TurboTax would have determined if you were eligible for EIC. If you were, it should have been applied. However, if you skipped a section, it is possible that it wouldn't have been applied.
You can follow the steps from the IRS link to see if you are eligible and for how much. If you are, then you would mail in and respond to the IRS. Otherwise, you would do nothing.
