1. For these expenses, should they be filed under Miscellaneous or another section?  Yes, they should be filed under the Miscellaneous Expense section. 

 

 

2. Should I be documenting each item as what it is (i.e. Office Chair) or something that references De Minimis Safe Harbor? Yes, you will list what each item is.  You can also reference De Minimus Safe Harbor, but you do not have to.
