You do not have to include the page with standard deductions when you mail your tax return. Mail the first three pages and make sure you sign on the line that says Sign here on page 3 If you are filing a joint return, your spouse must sign too. Include Schedules 1, 2 and/or 3 if they are part of your return, and any of the other schedules that print out for filing by mail---those pages will be determined by the information you entered when you prepared your return.
