The Form 1040SR does include that information regarding the standard deduction on page 4. However, the Form 1040 and 1040SR have identical lines and do the calculations exactly the same way. The 1040SR has larger print. And...if you are filing by mail, you send in the printed tax form along with copies of any W-2's or 1099's that show tax withheld. When you print your return for filing by mail it will print out the pages you are supposed to include to mail to the IRS.
