The post above mine was a life-saver. I was about to pull my hair out trying to delete this form. I had the same problem with photo importing my wife's W-2. Once I deleted the T code from box 12 on her W-2, I was able to go back to the child adoption credit and delete the untitled entry, rerun the scan and successfully received no errors.
