You cannot find it in TurboTax because you are filing your 2022 tax return and it is not available for tax year 2022. You will not be able to find it in any tax software until 2024, when the 2023 tax returns are filed.
As stated above by @LindaS5247 This Energy Audit Credit is effective for tax years beginning January 1, 2023.
