Yes. You can report foreign income, exclude foreign earned income (Form 2555) and claim a Form Tax Credit (Form 1116) or deduction in TurboTax.
I. Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion
- Type foreign income in Search (magnifying glass) in the top right
- Select Jump to foreign income

II. Foreign Tax Credit
- Type foreign tax credit in Search (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner
- Select Jump to foreign tax credit
- Complete the screens to claim either the credit or deduction
