This might be difficult to troubleshoot remotely....you might have to call customer support and have them walk thru it with you.

 

Other: Make sure you answered Yes to the Q about whether the loan was secured by a residence/property of yours.

also...line 8a on the Schedule A is where it is supposed to show up...(Just checking)
