We cannot see your tax return so we cannot answer you. Have you entered income earned from working in 2022? If not, that is why you are not getting the CTC. Or is your child older than 16? You cannot get CTC if the child was older than 16 at the end of 2022. Was your child born in 2022? You have to say the child lived with you the whole year, and you have to enter a Social Security number in order to get the CTC (and of course you must have taxable income).
