As of 1/13/2023, form 8962 is listed as ready for print and ready for efile. But the 400% APTC cap is not yet fixed. Hopefully the fix comes in the 1/19/2023 update?
It would be nice if TurboTax were completely up-to-date so that "what if" end-of-year financial moves could be modelled and decisions made. Unfortunately the feds didn't give Intuit much time. These tax bills are pretty massive, and Intuit has to prioritize what changes get put in their many products first. When a change that affects you isn't implemented by the end of year, it sucks. I want the changes that affect *me* implemented first. Unfortunately, I don't run the company....
