It depends what is happening with your situation. If you had insurance through the marketplace and do not enter your 1095-A, then your return will be rejected so you would have to enter it and then resubmit.
If you enter something wrong, the IRS may adjust your return and send you a letter. If it doesn't change your refund amount, then you will still get your refund. The IRS simply adjusts it to the amount they believe you should have based on the information they have. So, if you have a 1095A, and enter the wrong numbers on it, the IRS would adjust it to the correct numbers and adjust your refund accordingly and send you that amount.
