Form 4136 is available @rghornstra. Check to see if TurboTax Business is up to date by tapping Online > Check for Updates.
To access Form 4136
- Tap Forms in the top right
- Tap Open Form in the left column
- Enter 4136 in the search box
- Highlight Form 4136: Credit for Federal Tax Paid on Fuels and Open Form
- Enter your info in the form
- When you dare done, tap Step-by-Step at the top to return to the interview mode
