@pistor1 TurboTax has not made it hard to find. If the screens for the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review are not appearing for you, then either you said you are able to be claimed as someone else's dependent or your income is too high and you are not eligible for the credit. If you are not eligible, the screens do not appear for you.
