....the TTX Experts are helping with answering scads of posts every day,......they do get notified when you respond with a message to something they posted in your Q&A thread...but sometimes with all the scads of posts they are dealing with, yours can get lost in the chaff.
Using the "@" gives them an extra notification that they are being prompted for some more help.
