After you enter all your information, TurboTax will tell you about your eligible amount based on your information for 2021.
TurboTax will also ask you to enter the amount of the third stimulus received as per the letter received from the IRS.
TurboTax will automatically add any eligible amount as recovery rebate credit in line 30 of your tax return.
- Open you tax return.
- Click My Account and choose Tools.
- Click on Taxtools
- View Tax Summary.
- Choose Preview my 1040 on the left side
If you are using TurboTax Desktop
- Open your tax return
- Switch to forms mode
- Review your 1040
