@cc7317 The answer is still what @DoninGA said above. The 8915-F is required in order to report the second installment of the 2020 distribution you took. That form has been completed by the IRS and is now being integrated by TurboTax programmers. They are testing it in order to make sure it works before they release it. At this point it looks like the 8915 forms will be out on March 24th.
