If you are in a foreign country the IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank. They will only mail you a check. You will need to talk to your bank. We have no idea what the banks in your country will allow---we do not even know what country you are in. It is usually easier if you open an account or have an account with the bank---then you can deposit the check yourself and make a withdrawal later.
