If you used TurboTax to issue the 1099's it is automatically entered.  If you are using TurboTax self-employed, and did not use TurboTax to issue the 1099's then you would enter them under miscellaneous expenses. 

 

To enter your expense for these rebates click the following:

  • Income and Expenses
  • Update next to your business income and expenses
  • Edit
  • Add Expense
  • Add next to Other Miscellaneous Expenses
  • Continue
  • Add the amount you paid in rebates
