I do not get a blank screen.  I am asked to sign with my user id and password and then asked if the information is still correct on how to reach me.

 

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser and try again.  If still a problem then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
