The software does it oddly and confuses people. It starts you out with the full amount of $7200 and later when you enter that you received those monthly payments it takes them away from the total to reconcile the amount you are still able to get. NO, the line will not show $7200 unless you really did not receive any of those monthly payments from July to December. If you got those payments, line 28 should be $3600.
