You would file 'taxes paid to Canadian province' in Foreign Taxes under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid. Follow these steps:
- Once signed in to your tax return,
- Select Federal (left menu column)
- Select Deductions & Credits (top of page)
- Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and select Foreign Taxes to enter any foreign tax paid to Canada
