You would file 'taxes paid to Canadian province' in Foreign Taxes under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.  Follow these steps:

• Once signed in to your tax return,
• Select Federal (left menu column)
• Select Deductions & Credits (top of page)
• Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and select Foreign Taxes to enter any foreign tax paid to Canada
