These are the states that can tax Social Security.
CO, CT, KS, MN, MO, MT, NB, NM, ND, RI, UT, VT, WV
These states offer varying degrees of income exemptions, but four mirror the federal tax schedule: MN, ND,VT, and WV
As already stated by others --- you enter a SSA1099 for Social Security benefits received. There is no difference in how you enter Social Security disability or "regular" Social Security benefits.
