There is nowhere in the TurboTax program where you would enter your spouse as disabled.
Social Security Disability payments are entered on the tax return the exact same way as Social Security Retirement payments are entered, box 5 of the SSA-1099. So there is no way on a tax return to indicate the SS payments were for Social Security Disability.
