Unpaid stimulus funds should be included as part of your refund. As for the advance child tax credit payments, it depends upon when you filed. If it was recent, they looked at your 2019 return, and saw no child. In that case, you will be able to add your child later this summer, when they update the Advance Child Tax Credit Portal. Set up your account there now, so you're ready to roll when they do the update. Any child tax credit that is not paid in advance will be included in your 2021 return, so one way or another, you will get the money.
