The routing/account number the IRS has is the last place they were told to send the money and if that was to the processing bank then that is where they will continue to send future payments until they are alerted otherwise. You may need to update your information with the IRS yourself ... watch for news here : https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/advance-child-tax-credit-payments-in-2021
