@Shattis Let's start over. What are you trying to get? Do you need a AGI to efile? If you didn't file a 2019 return enter 0 for the AGI.
Who says you owe taxes? Are you filling out a 2020 tax return? It says at the top how much Refund or tax due you have. You enter all your W2 and any 1099 income into Turbo Tax. And enter the withholding taken out in box 2. If you had more withholding than the tax on your income you get a refund. If you didn't have enough withholding taken out you will owe more.
Look at your tax return. It called Form 1040. Before filing, You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return
