Your credit card, mortgage and car loan are not the issue in trying to get your AGI.
Your AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) is a calculated number on your 2019 tax return.
On your 2019 tax return, your AGI is on line 8b of the Form 1040.
When e-filing your return for the current year, use the AGI from the prior year's originally filed accepted return.
The current return will reject if the amended AGI amount is used. Do not use amounts from an amended return, a corrected amount from a math error notice, or a changed amount from the IRS.
If your previous year tax returns are not available, you can use the IRS Get Transcript tool. Try the online option first. If you are unable to obtain the transcript online, you can have one sent to the address the IRS has on record for you. You can find IRS Get Transcript here.
Finally, the last resort is to mail your tax return. TurboTax will print an instruction sheet explaining where to mail the returns.

- Do not staple or attach your check, W-2s or any other documents to your return.
- Submit proper documentation (schedules, statements and supporting documentation, including W-2s, other states’ tax returns, or necessary federal returns and schedules).
- Use the correct form - forms differ by tax type and tax year. Look at the bottom of the form for the required pages to submit.
- Double-check your return.
- Review personal information (social security number (SSN), address, date of birth) on your return for each person listed
- Sign your return.
- Taxpayers must sign and date their returns
- Both spouses must sign the joint return, even if there was only one income reported
- Mail your return, payment, and all necessary documentation to the appropriate address listed on the return.
