Please try to delete an reenter your son's information, make sure the box under the SSN is not accidently checked and then go back to the EIC section:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click "My Info" from the left side of your screen
- Click “trash icon” next to your son's name
- Click "Add dependent" to reenter his information
To get back to EIC section:
- Click on the Search box on the top and type "EIC"
- Click on “Jump to EIC”
