The Forms mode is only available in the Desktop program. To see the forms you have to pay the fees and download the pdf file from online. If you selected to file by mail you can change it to Efile. To get back into your return do not click on Documents. You should see 2020 listed. Click on Add A State (you are not really adding a state, that just lets you back in.)
