I would recommend starting by deleting the extra 1099Rs and starting fresh.
- Enter your 1099R from your IRA
- On the Uncommon situations indicate this is a QCD
- Indicate the entire amount is RMD
- Enter how much was transferred to Charity
- Indicate I did something else to the rollover question.
