Go fix the Earned Income Tax Credit:
- Click on Deductions & Credits
- Edit Earned Income Credit (EIC)
- Click Continue on the screen Looks Like the Earned Income Credit may put more money in your pocket.
- The next screen will ask if your lived in the U.S. for more than six months in 2020. Choose Yes.
Answer the rest of the questions — and if lived in the U.S. was the only issue — then TurboTax will add EIC to your tax return.
