Where will I see the option to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on this 2020 tax return? I entered most of my info but it never asked me what I received in 2019.

We received less than $1,200 each for the first stimulus, but our income was down this year and well under the limits, so we should have received $2,400 as a married couple.
