Deductions & credits
In the My Info section of the program where it asked you what is your resident state, you should have scrolled to the bottom of the list and selected Foreign or US Possession.
In the My Info section for Mailing Address, you should have selected Foreign country from the dropdown for Type of Address where the default shows US Address.
