If you received a tax deduction for the money that you contributed to the Health Savings Account (HSA) after tax, then you cannot deduct the medical expenses paid with the HSA funds. That would be deducting it twice.
If you did not take a tax deduction for your HSA contributions, then you should consider amending your return to take that deduction. It would generally be more beneficial than deducting medical expenses since there are no income limitations to apply to the HSA contribution deduction.
