THIS IS AN OLD Q&A SESSION REFERENCES TO LINES 15a,b AND 16a,b REFER TO TAX FORMS FROM 2017 AND EARLIER. THE NEW TAX FORMS ARE NOW TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
