1. Click on "State" in left hand menu
2. Click on "Your State Returns" at top of page
3. Click on "Continue Your Maine return"
4. Continue until you get to the page titled "You've finished your Maine return"
5. Scroll down to "Taxes and Credits"
6. Click "update"
7. Continue
8.. Answer the use tax question
9. Answer the sales tax question
10. Then you will get to the "Property Tax Fairness" questions
