Yes, but if this was an employer-sponsored health plan, it is likely that your premiums have already been "deducted" via reduced taxable income on your W2. This would be reported in box 12 with code "DD."
If that is the case, don't enter them. Otherwise, enter your health insurance premiums here:
Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits > Medical >
