If you are at the latest release there should not be an issue.  Try this -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

 

Re-boot your computer.  Then start the TurboTax program again to see if the problem persists.

If it does then contact TurboTax support for assistance
