West Virginia nonresident allocations do not self-populate. You will fill in the information.
Nonresident income is income earned within West Virginia by someone who is a resident of another state. Rental property is a good example. A landlord may live in Delaware but own a rental house in WV. That would be “West Virginia Income While Nonresident.”
