OK
You go to the Federal Deductions&Credits page...
Scroll down to the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section, and expand that..
then go in at the "Estimated Tax Payments" line to find a list of quarterly estimated tax types you want to enter.
One is for State estimated taxes for 2020.....go in there and you can enter all 4 qtrs.
Make sure you enter the exact dates you paid them, don't use the default dates.
