Yes, if Fidelity will not correct your 1099-R remove any New Jersey state information on the pension screen from TurboTax.
Nonresident pension income is not subject to NJ tax so the state should not contact you.
If NJ does come calling, explain that the state code was in error and that you were a full-year Pennsylvania resident in 2020. You can always send a copy of your 2020 PA return as proof.
