State tax filing

IF you were a W-2 employee for those jobs

Florida, nothing since it does not have a personal income tax .

GA, no way to tell exactly, since it depends on how you filled out the GA withholding form G-4 that you gave to that employer......but GA taxes income at ~5.375% for 2020....but that would be on "taxable" income, after deductions and exemptions.

Then, as a MN resident, your MN Resident tax return will calculate a tax on ALL of it, and will allow you to take a credit for the taxes you had to pay to GA .   Since FL has no taxes, you'll owe MN taxes on all of that income with no credit....so you might end up owing MN more than you expect, unless the FL earnings were fairly small.

Now, that's just ~ how it would likely work out if you worked for different employers in those two states.

IF you worked for a MN employer in MN, and that same employer sent you to FL and GA to work on different projects for the MN company, then you'd  probably have some MN state tax withholding from your paycheck during the MN and FL work, but less so when working in GA since the GA withholding should take over.....a lot depends on how adept the payroll department is on figuring proper state withholding based on where you worked for each pay period.
