State tax filing

Are you using the Online web version you log into or the Desktop program installed on your computer?  Windows or Mac?

 

For the Windows Desktop program you have a blue bar across the top.  Go up to the very top line in black.  It should say....

File, Edit, View, Tools, Online, Help

 

Click on Online then Check for Updates.  

 

If your program says it's up to date or you can't update it then do the Manual Update.  This has also fixed the State forms not available problem for some users.
