State tax filing
Depends on the state...most sates do not allow the D.Debit to be arranged when you e-file...and require a separate payment. My state (NC) didn't allow a D.Debit arrangement at the time of e-filing until last year (2017 filing).
Fist step is to double check that all your state e-files were actually accepted...if that particular state was rejected, teh d.debit won't happen.

IF you "think" you arranged it for 1 April, and if it doesn't occur by 5 April (sometimes it takes them a couple extra days), then you can go to that state's website and find their D.Debit payment page and arrange ti online yourself.
