If you need to amend your state for 2019 and the changes are items that only apply to the state for 2019 if your return has been accepted you log into your TurboTax account and click on the option to Amend/Make Changes. Go to your state return to make the changes needed

Once you have completed the changes you will need to print, sign, date and mail in your tax return. Amended return cannot be efiled.
Mail the return according to the instructions that will print out with the return.
