did you use online or desktop. if desktop, unless you deleted the files, the returns should still be there
open the software, the file can not be opened without it, the open the return and print the state
for pc they should be in a folder under users\user name\my documents\turbotax\ then there should be a folder for each year with the tax file.
online is in transition so i don't know if the returns are accessible at this time but you can try. go online and see if you can open the returns. then print out the state returns. there may be fees that have to be paid first.
they can't be efiled, so mail using a method where you get proof of delivery or can track it. be sure to attach any w-2's and any other form with state withholding. followTT filing instructions.
