Did you purchase the optional Audit Defense/MAX product? If not, you can phone TurboTax free Audit Support Center for help with a tax letter and what to do. At the page below, click the blue "Get Help" button. Follow the prompts, and you'll receive a phone number. The page says "IRS Letter", but they help with state letters, too.
