As @DoninGA implied, if you never actually (physically) work in Oregon for that income, it is not Oregon-source income, and therefore not taxable to an Oregon non-resident.
A small handful of states tax non-resident remote workers, but Oregon is not one of them.
Your employer should not withhold Oregon taxes from your pay.
